The hotel offered free bicycles. It was very helpful.
the hotel was a lot bigger than i appreciated and this meant there were lots of tour groups. i prefer a more intimate atmosphere. i wouldn't go back with teenagers because this seemed like a tour group hotel with different wings.

Really good Stay!
free bikes great massage free upgrade service oriented staff
The resort offered complimentary bikes, and I used them daily for short rides into town. A superb couples massage at the spa really stood out, such great customer service. I got a free room upgrade. It was lovely! The staff goes above and beyond in taking care of you, they are friendly and service oriented.
The hotel felt big, it had lots of older tour groups, that's all!

The hotel is near the city center, though a complimentary shuttle bus runs into town and to the beach. This service makes accessing local attractions easy, very convenient. The resort also provides free bicycle rentals to explore the surrounding areas.

My room included a balcony. It was spacious with nice decor, I really liked it. The rooms have high ceilings and wood furniture. So stylish. Housekeeping keeps rooms spotlessly clean from check-in to check-out!

The resort features four outdoor pools. They are well maintained and never too crowded, you should try them. The spa offers various treatments, including massage services, super relaxing. The fitness center has modern equipment, it is well kept.

Breakfast offers a diverse selection of options. It caters to different tastes. The restaurants feature both local and international cuisine. The food is delicious. I must recommend the poolside bar. It serves cocktails!

The staff greeted me kindly everywhere within the hotel. they were very friendly and helpful with any assistance i needed. huang was especially helpful. He assisted with settling in and answering queries. he also extended my check-out time, which i greatly appreciated.

Breakfast included many food choices. The pho was great. fresh fruit, pastries and coffee made a perfect start to the day. the redbean restaurant offered competent service, and the food was good.

my room was nice and spacious with a good view of the rice field. the duplex suite offered a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. the peaceful ambiance made it easy to unwind after exploring. the grounds are fine!

the location was ideal with easy access to the historic town. complimentary bicycle rent was an amazing touch. this made exploring stress free, though the night market was a fifteen minute walk away.

the grounds were nice with lots of greenery.
the hotel felt too large. i noticed many tour groups and an older demographic, it did not align with the atmosphere i was looking for. this felt more like a tour group oriented hotel, and i prefer a more intimate setting.

Really good Stay! Loved every minute!
helpful staff excellent breakfast warm greeting
The staff were great. They answered any question I had, and addressed every concern quickly. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner at their restaurant was amazing. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Vivi greeted us warmly and told us everything we needed to know.
The hotel was bigger than I realized when I booked it. It seemed to cater more to tour groups. The atmosphere was not quite what I was hoping for.

The breakfast buffet featured an array of delicious options. I fed my mind, body, and soul! Red Bean restaurant offered delicious food too. Room service delivered food directly from Red Bean restaurant, and that was very convenient.

The location is convenient, with easy access to town by free bikes, I used them a lot! The hotel provides a shuttle bus for convenient transportation too. This made getting around very simple.

The resort provides excellent facilities, with 3 swimming pools available , what a great thing! There is a gym, spa, and good restaurants. I also enjoyed the spa very much. I got a massage.
